13:30	120 min	Committee War Rooms (5 Parallel Tracks)	Workshop	Senior Delegates + Fellows	Sovereign Capital · AI Statecraft · IVOA De-Risking · RWA Rails · Diplomatic Education. Each track produces a policy brief submitted to the GEDC Secretariat.
15:45	45 min	mayaNomics House Speed Mentoring	Mentoring	Junior Delegates (Virtual)	Structured 10-minute rotations with GEDC Fellows and Senior Delegates. Junior Delegates submit questions in advance via the AGP portal.
16:30	60 min	Closing Plenary: Resolutions & 2027 Mandate	Plenary	All Delegates + Virtual	Adoption of Assembly resolutions, announcement of new Fellowship inductees, and formal presentation of the 2027 GEDC Strategic Mandate.
