1.1 Member-Generated Capabilities

All benefits, research papers, risk matrices, frameworks, Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) templates, investment club architectures, and ecosystem utilities provided within the mayaNomics Forum are the direct result of voluntary, collaborative contributions among forum members. No benefit, tool, or resource has been produced by or is guaranteed by the Forum as a commercial service provider.

1.2 No Vendor or Commercial Guarantee

The Forum is not a commercial enterprise, consultancy, or service provider. Access to forum tools, directories, and resources does not constitute the purchase of a finished commercial product, guaranteed advisory service, or professional engagement of any kind. Members receive access to a collaborative commons, not a managed service.

1.3 Membership Fees

Annual membership fees, where applicable, cover administrative infrastructure, platform maintenance, secretariat coordination, and volunteer resource deployment. They do not constitute payment for professional services, consulting deliverables, or guaranteed outcomes of any nature.

2.1 Ecosystem Maturity Notice

The mayaNomics Forum is an emerging, dynamic global society. All tools, blueprints, member services, investment club architectures, working group outputs, and operational frameworks are currently in Alpha or Beta development stages. Members should expect iterative evolution, incomplete features, and ongoing refinement as the commons matures.

2.2 Evolutionary Iteration

Capabilities and resources offered within the platform are continuously evolving. Frameworks, templates, and shared assets are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for collaborative testing, peer feedback, and iterative refinement. The Forum reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or restructure any capability at any time without prior notice.

2.3 No Express or Implied Warranties

The Forum makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, commercial viability, regulatory compliance, or specific financial, legal, or operational outcomes of any Alpha or Beta blueprint, document, shared mission asset, or collaborative output. Members rely on all shared resources entirely at their own risk and discretion.

3.1 Administrative & Facilitative Role Only

The primary role of the mayaNomics Secretariat and Forum management is strictly limited to: maintaining digital infrastructure and communication portals; facilitating directory security and member access controls; deploying administrative and volunteer human resources to coordinate member interactions; and organising events and communications on behalf of the membership collective.

3.2 Non-Executory Position

The Forum itself does not execute transactions, manage or hold funds, provide investment advice, offer legal representation, act as a fiduciary, or assume liability for any member, project, syndicate, or collaborative initiative. The Forum is a facilitator, not a principal.

3.3 Volunteer Human Resources

Administrative and coordination support provided by the Forum is delivered through volunteer human resources. Response times, availability, and service levels are subject to volunteer capacity and are not governed by commercial service-level agreements.

4.1 No Retained Agency Personnel

The mayaNomics Forum does not employ, hire, or retain external consultants, professional agencies, specialist contractors, or paid staff to build, engineer, design, or deliver member services or ecosystem capabilities. Any expectation of professional-grade deliverables produced by retained experts is explicitly disclaimed.

4.2 Pure Member Coordination

All intellectual property, working group outputs, shared frameworks, and infrastructure available within the ecosystem are built by members, for members, through coordinated peer initiatives. The quality, completeness, and applicability of any output reflects the collective effort and expertise of contributing members at the time of contribution.

4.3 No Agency Relationship

Nothing in the Forum’s operations, communications, or membership structure creates an agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between the Forum and any member, or between any two members.

5.1 Off-Platform Peer Execution

Any collaboration, syndication, capital pooling, co-investment, professional engagement, or contractual arrangement conducted between members occurs independently and off-platform on an autonomous, peer-to-peer basis. The Forum is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, any such arrangement.

5.2 Independent Due Diligence

Members are solely responsible for conducting their own legal, financial, regulatory, and compliance due diligence before utilising any shared blueprint, framework, or template, or before executing any initiative with other forum nodes. The Forum provides no due diligence services and makes no representations regarding the suitability of any shared resource for any specific purpose.

5.3 Regulatory Compliance

Members are solely responsible for ensuring their activities, whether conducted within or facilitated by the Forum, comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in their respective jurisdictions. The Forum does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

5.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the mayaNomics Forum, its secretariat, volunteers, and member contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance on any forum resource, participation in any forum activity, or any peer-to-peer collaboration facilitated through the Forum.
